The title of her project is: "Cinematic Ethics of Migration: Auto-Ethnographic Migrant Perspectives in Contemporary Documentary". Patricia Pisters and Carolyn Birdsall are the supervisors.
While mainstream news media commonly portray migrants as either victims or perpetrators, migrants themselves use a variety of media to express their own experience of migration and life in Europe. By using different formal and narrative tactics to present their perspective and position in the European migration debate, they offer a multifaceted representation of diverse migration experiences.
