Organised by Oscar Talbot and Veerle van Wijngaarden | Marx’s Capital is one of the most influential works of the modern humanities. After Volume I and II, we will now will start the final cycle of Marx's Capital series, with Volume III.

The reading group aims to be a focused place to tackle this imposing and voluminous text, from a philosophical perspective. We will meet once every two weeks on Tuesday 16.00-18.00, starting March 18th, 2025. For every session, we will read one or several chapters and one or two people will present the readings to start the discussion.
The reading group is open to all who have read Volume I before. Knowledge of Volume II is beneficial but not essential. Active participation and regular attendance (either on location or online) is required.

If you wish to join please email the co-organisers v.a.vanwijngaarden@uva.nl and o.l.talbot@uva.nl.
