New phone?
Problems with verification
- Are you not getting push notifications on your phone to confirm login? Or are you only getting notifications when the app is already open? Check the app settings on your phone. Make sure notifications are allowed.
- Do you get notifications from other apps? Log in to your Microsoft security credentials, delete the relevant device and account and add them again.
- Are you still unable to set up two-step verification and still want to use Microsoft 365? Then ask for a temporary exemption via id.medewerker.uva.nl/mfa. The exemption is valid for 4 days.
- If your two-step verification is still not working correctly, go to id.medewerker.uva.nl, choose 'I want to set up my Two Step Verification (MFA)', log in and choose 'Set up two-step verification again for Microsoft Cloud'.
